"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "La verdad que lo único bueno fue la ubicación. Los departamentos están muy dejados, súper vacíos, los ventiladores no funcionan bien, necesita todo mantenimiento general urgente. La atención horrible, súper irrespetuosa y desagradable. No recomiendo en absoluto este lugar. Desde el check in hasta el check out tuvimos problemas y cero soluciones. Nunca había ido a un alojamiento que ni jabón de mano en el baño pongan, le falta mucho. Muy decepcionada. "

"The beach is very pretty, clear water, very calm. the area is clean, safe, nice environment. The hotel is a little old fashion, could benefit from an air condition unit as it has only fans. Staff is friendly and helpful. will be useful to provide beach towels too, we bought them in local store, but since we are traveling and is something extra to carry on. Kitchen has useful appliances and stove. "
