"The only problem we had was our room was not ready when we arrived. It was 2 hours late for availability and we were not able to put our stuff in the room. No carts were available and no idea when room would be ready. Check in was 4PM and we got our room after 6PM. The staff was very overwhelmed and most gracious. They gave us a 2 hour late departure, which was very wonderful and we did not have to hurry in the morning and the kids were able to swim again. Loved the Condo"

"Property did not look like much on the outside but once inside, the room, grounds, pools and ocean front areas were fantastic. The front desk immediately addressed every concern we had, to the point of replacing a broken refrigerator within ten minutes of our phone call. Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious and very clean, and our balcony had a perfect view of the swimming pool and the ocean. Our family felt more relaxed here than any vacation we can remember. We wish we could have stayed...
