"The hotel was reasonably located, but the room was disappointing and in need of maintenance. The bath had extensive peeling and flaking, and was very slippery when showering. The air conditioning was underwhelming, the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and the TV didn't work. There was no hairdryer, fridge, iron or safe, despite some amenities being advertised. Soundproofing was poor and housekeeping was inconsistent.
There was also confusion over a late checkout that reception had agreed to, but...
"What a wonderful place to stay while we explored the city. The staff are very kind, attentive and helpful. The riad is beautiful, and the rooftop breakfast area is the perfect way to start the day (don't forget to feed the little cat who stays up there ;))."
"The service was excellent and the staff was helpful when needed. Hotel location was convenient for my personal need and might be far for others. However with car it was worth the stay and ability to have a good night sleep without the motorcycles noise at nights which is major problem in Marrakech."
"This place was as advertised . As an older retired Canadian couple on a budget this was a good find . Safe residential neighborhood with a convenience store just 3 doors over and easy walk to some restaurants , groceries etc. Friendly staff . Rachid , the evening receptionist was extremely helpful booking taxis and tours and just making sure we were comfortable .
Cons --- We booked accommodation with a kitchen for quick easy food prep but it is not equipped with a microwave or a small pot or...
"A charming and pretty Riad with an okay room for an overall good stay. However, a few issues held it back: the window couldn't lock (security concern), water pressure was quite low, there was no complimentary tea or coffee, and the breakfast was poor."
"The location was great very things was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful specially Amin and Khalid both were amazing. Will definitely go again"
"From the start Erika was a great communicator helping us with airport transfer, greeting us at the drop off, helping with luggage. The Riad was excellent, spotless and with a lively rooftop breakfast every morning. Eriko helped with any issues (we got lost!) and all in all it was a brilliant brilliant experience!"
