First of all, this is not a hotel. It's a house.
There is a house keeper that can answer your questions and fix things if something goes wrong. You will be having to need him to unlock and lock the main door if you want to go in and out of the house.
Pictures didn't represent the actual place as it stands now. Pool wasn't functional and some rooms are in basement and need serious cleaning.
Upon check in, we realized our bathroom was outside our room which wasn't specified in the ad. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling, and some standing water in the room, air condition and the washroom drain wouldnt work either. Toiletries provided were half used hand soaps a almost-out bottle of shampoo.The keeper fixed the issues that we identified one by one, but then the power went out for our room at 4 in the morning due to overload in the building. Upon complaining again, the keeper fixed the light in the room however there was no air condition or wifi in the room for the rest of the morning. The next day, he did provide us with a better room that had the working AC. Wifi and cleanliness was still a concern. We felt bad requesting to fix items as most of the time, the keeper kept on running around fixing things.
Lastly, most upsetting item was that they asked for 6 euros per person i(n cash) after the check in for the city tax. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy . If we had known this, we would've picked another place that incorporated in initial price.
