This was the worst experience the hotel had no fan or AC in the hotel in the 40 degree heat. Also charge you high prices for transport so be aware and use transport else where and not from the people from this hotel

Do not expect to get everything that is in the add. There is no pool, no spa, the showers are without hot water and with almost no pressure. No reception or lobby to talk about and no snackbar. In one week no one ever cleaned my room. They did however have a good breakfast, easy transfer for the airport and cold beers for sale!

Underwhelming

Honestly it was a bit underwhelming. I booked this stay due to missing my flight so I didn't really look too much into it but if I had to stay longer than the 1 night I did, I'd look elsewhere. Started off with the manager/owner unable to even locate my booking (understandable as I'd only booked an hour ago), but insinuated I wouldn't be staying there tonight, even though I showed him the booking confirmation on my end multiple times. Eventually found it and gave me the spare room on the bottom floor. Room itself has no AC, just a single very bright bulb hanging from the ceiling, and is right next to the office which plays music until 10PM. It was okay to get through just the 1 night I needed, but the breakfast was extremely underwhelming for 3 EUR... When I asked for an omelette my reject was declined, to which I requested a boiled egg, and was told there is no eggs in breakfast, just 0.30 cent bread and a few different spreads. Overall experience was just a bit below average in my opinion, there is significant room for improvement.

La habitación era muy grande y fresca, a pesar de que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero no fue necesario usarlo. Aunque el hotel está en una calle ruidosa, desde dentro no se oye absolutamente ningún ruido. Tiene un patio precioso con muchas plantas, espacios para sentarse y mesas, también había una familia de pajaritos, acostumbrados a la gente, que venían muy cerca cuando les daba pan. Ellos alegraban el ambiente con sus trinos. En general fue una estancia agradable para mi y volvería de nuevo. También tiene servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto. Esta muy bien localizado y hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas y mercados en el,área.

L'hébergement ne correspond pas du tout a la description, aucun entretien pendant notre séjour, pas de serviettes, ni produits d'entretien alors que c'est compris, la chasse d'eau disfonctionne il faut utiliser un seau d'eau équipements vétustes et présence de cafards et la moitié des lumières ne fonctionnent pas. Difficile aussi de prendre une vraie douche...Les photos ne sont pas contractuelles ne correspondent pas du tout a l'état actuel de l'établissement. Très mauvaise expérience je recommande pas du tout

Décor sympathique

Riad très sympathique et tres colorés. Bien protéger de la chaleur et du bruits de la rue passante ce qui fait un lieu très calme. Il faudrait que se lieu soit mieux indiqué par une affiche par exemple. La literie est a changer et un peux de rénovation ne ferai pas de mal.

Αριστη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, τέλειοι άνθρωποι!

Το ριαντ είναι πανέμορφο, με εξαιρετική διακόσμηση, το προσωπικό είναι φιλικότατο και έτοιμο να σε βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστείς. Ρώτησα τον διευθυντή πού ψωνίζει τα σεντόνια του γιατί ήταν πολύ απαλά και εκείνος δεν μας είπε απλά ποιό μαγαζί είναι, αλλά μας πήγε με το αυτοκίνητο του! Μέχρι πού προσφέρθηκε να μας παει στο αεροδρόμιο όταν επιστρέψουμε ξανά στο Μαρρακές απο τις υπόλοιπες πολεις που θα δούμε, αν δεν βρούμε ταξί εύκολα, μιας και θα φτάσουμε στην πόλη 2 η ωρα το πρωί και θα κατευθυνθούμε αμέσως προς το αεροδρόμιο! Οι άνθρωποι του ριαντ ειναι εξαιρετικοί. Το μονο που θα χρειαζόταν ειναι μια ανακαίνιση στο μπάνιο, αλλά κατα τα άλλα ηταν εξαιρετική επιλογή για ενα ζευγάρι με 3 παιδιά οπως εμείς. Μείναμε 3 νύχτες και η σχέση ποιότητας -τιμής είναι επίσης άριστη!

Riad centrale, il proprietario molto disponibile ci ha aiutato in ogni modo,abbiamo anche cenato spesso da lui cucina molto buona... non è il massimo della pulizia ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ... ho letto altre recensioni dove si lamentano di assenza carta igienica e acqua fredda ... noi abbiamo sempre avuto acqua calda ed eravamo 4 adulto e 5 bambini e la carta igienica non è mai mancata .... nel riad disponibilità anche di bevande birre e vino.

We paid 20 Euro to be taken to the hotel, I suggest you do the same or you won't find it. We had to wait for half an hour before we were picked up. On our arrival the reception by Jawad was fantastic, the staff were also great. But and this is a big but, the hotel is extremely basic. It is situated in the middle of Medina which is a plus. There was no AC in 32 plus temperature it had a fan which was very loud. If you are planning to stay more than a night I suggest choose somewhere outside of the Medina and make sure it meets your basic needs.

The hotel states that there is 24 hour front desk service but the hotel did not open when I arrived at midnight because of the night bus. The gate was locked. No one responsed to the door bell and no one answered the phone calls. All I could do is to standing on the street for over a hour to wait and at last I still could not check in. I had to find another hotel immediately and it was a nightmare.

La zona de ubicación es fea. Aunque caminando esta 15 minutos de la plaza central. Es difícil de llagar, solo casi imposible y tiene un cartel muy pequeño. La habitación es pequeña vieja con olor a humedad y un baño pequeño y con olor desagradable. La patio interno del riad es lo más bonito.

Don't judge a book by its cover

The facade outside is dirty and dusty but the inside Courtyard of the actual Hotel is an Oasis. BEWARE after paying the owner tried to pawn me off on his neighbor / brother into Anna Jason Riad have a different name that stank to high heaven of cat urine. INSIST I'm staying in the Riyadh Carol that is shown in the photos

The riad is lovely and the hosts are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Very well located in Medina, easy to get to anywhere. We had a minor misunderstanding with the room when we arrived, as we had booked one type of room and were given a different kind, but it was sorted quickly. All in all, a positive experience.
