"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. "Exceptional staff. Attentive, friendly and go above and beyond. We wanted to watch the Patriots game and they took the time to help find the channel. They treat you like the family you always wanted. Fitness classes are top notch. Instructors were all excellent. From the functional fitness to the stretch to the restorative yoga. Landscaping crews always working to keep the resort beautiful. Food was perfect we don’t need to leave "
