"While booking it was informed that the luxury villa 02 bedroom will have jetted bathtub which was not available, Moreover, the swimming pool depth is 1.55m without any steps, which is not standard, who can’t swim no way can go to the pool and who can swim also has to swim all the time while in the pool, does not value for the money, "

"An amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly, pool staff, house keeping and reception. Room was perfect, spacious clean and super comfy bed. View was totally amazing from all windows and pool. Pool was lovely, perfect temperature. We could only eat in the room during the day because of Ramadan, the buffalo wings were amazing. It's connected to the shopping centre that has a lovely walk way. Has a little shop for snacks. This was our favourite hotel out of four we stayed in. "

"It was in a pretty safe but active part of town which I liked. The bed was really uncomfortable and hard. Truly one of the worst sleep experiences I've ever had. You get what you pay for so keep your expectations low"

"-One-bedroom is huge, big windows throughout the entire living room with the view to the neighborhood and gets a lot of light during the day. -1.5 bathrooms, kitchen has enough equipment to cook, kettle & coffee machine, washing machine. Big and nice bedroom, bed, blankets and pillows are very comfortable. -Nice flat screen TV in the living room with some international channels. -Very nice and helpful front desk staff and appreciate the efforts to make our stays as present as possible....

"Easy to check in and check out and the suites are comfortable and clean. Only drawback is the location is a bit far from everything, but it’s good value for money. It’ll take about 15 minutes for an Uber to get to you."

"This hotel is having hygiene and cleaning services issues, bed sheets ,sofa, and bathroom are full of stains, rooms and hotel lobby smells terrible, cleaning service stops at 6pm although we checked in at 11pm , hotel blaming cleaning service shift at 6pm and they cant do anything until next day,i have called expedia asking for help , the hotel after then decided to move us to another room , worth saying that some of our groceries were stolen when moving from one room to another. Not sure how...

"Vintage *dont expect modern* in decor but overall i would definitely stay there again. I prefer safe, clean affirdable & friendly staff when i stay outside my country. "

"The building needs some maintenance, especially lights, it feels so dark in there and in the corridors. kitchen utensils are not sufficient for 1 family. housekeeping is just for the namesake, that too they do after 3 days. cleanliness is an issue, plus apartment walls are not painted, graffitis are there made by some kids."

"The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping and restaurants. It is clean but can be noisy at times. The service can be improved as it took hours to get a towel to the room and during breakfast some items were not replaced. Nonetheless, the staff went beyond expectations to try to make up for those inconveniences and were very kind. Parking is good and the whole stay comfortable."
