Huge pool and loads of sunbeds in relation to the property (no need for anyone to get up early and claim them. Beach is accross the road with plenty of free sun beds. All in all it was perfect for us with only the fridge in our room being a touch on the small side our only issue."

"I booked Phillipos studio for 3 with sea view and balcony, we were put in another building with no sea view, and not even a hob to cook on , all wardrobes were locked except one small one. Also supposed to be air conditioning but there wasn’t 😡"

"Good location central location in the middle of Kos island easy bus to either side making it a breeze to get to any of the sights, hotel is big and spacious rooms Cons no wifi in rooms no English or Greek channels on TV, no food or drink available between 10-11am so don't miss breakfast, breakfast has good choice, nice stay, pool is great and lots of sun chairs no racing to keep one! "What a lovely experience to stay here. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and only wants the best for her customers. Our room was bright and airy and had two large rooms, ideal for 4 adults. Comfortable beds and good air con in both rooms. Decent fridge too. The grounds and pool areas were lovely as were the restaurant and bar. The food was tasty. I wasn’t keen on the alcoholic drinks but we bought our own and kept in the room fridge and spent some lovely evenings out on the balcony...

"Clean and comfortable and really nice staff. I was B and B and breakfast was plentiful but not much choice. Quite a long way from the beach and even further to the main street so maybe not really suitable for people who have limited mobility. Staff very helpful and if you booked trips through the hotel the coaches picked you up and dropped you off right outside. If you're looking for good value this could be for you."
