"The doors have to be slammed the elevator was broken the spa isn’t apart of the hotel building like shown in the picture when we asked they said “no spa no pool “ so it didn’t meet expectations, also no hot water ! House keeping was good they always were up to date and gave new bedding and towels when needed location is ideal near by everything but kinda loud at night with karooke bars "
