"The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had booked 2 twin beds room but the shower is inside the bathtub which is very high off the ground and slippery. I have to help carry my senior relative out of the tub. This is very unsafe design. There is no other 2 twin with walk-in shower, so I had to switch to a single queen bed. I was not impressed because I paid more for a 2 twin beds room but had to switch to a single queen bed but didn’t get any difference refunded."

"Hotel was in the middle of everything. Close to everything, very pleased and happy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast oh couldn’t ask for more. Options are: could add bit more of foreigners dish like fish and chips, spare ribs, lots of pork dish as some guests don’t eat pork. Apart from that, everything was 100% beautiful.
