"We had stayed here a few years ago and had a terrible time. My spouse tried to checkin while I was working - they insisted on charging his card and it took me weeks to get them to drop the duplicate charge (I had pre-paid). Different management now - sent me pre-checkin link. Spouse was able to checkin - no hassle. I thought I left something in the room and they checked for me. Excellent service! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was large, the bed was super comfy, the hotel was quiet, and we loved the ceiling fan! Breakfast wasn’t very good. The choices were good but the food wasn’t cooked through. A breaker had flipped and the guy waited almost 15 minutes to turn it back on."

"The staff was very friendly, especially Crissy. She moved me to another room when the TV didn't work in my first room. She also suggested and furnished addresses and information on some things to see and do in Enid. The gym is nice and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again."
