Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub, and I even called ahead to confirm the pool was open before booking. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was ice cold and not circulating. In the room, the electronic window shades didn’t work, so we couldn’t raise them at all. The room itself was clean, but the toilet seat was broken—when I first sat down, it nearly caused me to fall. Lastly, there was a billing issue. Expedia charged my card $277 for two nights, but the hotel provided a receipt for $242. The hotel staff indicated that Expedia overcharged us, which is concerning.

Great Place to Stay

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Enid on Highway 412 was fantastic. Starting at check-in which was a breeze and I'm sure that is because of the awesome staff. Tyler, and everyone else we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Tyler went out of his way to help us with a special request and it was greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and smell great. The breakfast was on point, and the amenities were amazing, and the beds were super comfy. Will stay there again the next time we're in the area.
