"Nice clean hotel. Very difficult to drive to so beware. You need to drive right past the front of the station, but sat nav and Waze doesn't know this!! Great for walking into the old town. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. "

The only very minor problem was with the room safe for which the instructions were in Italian (and we don't speak it!). 5 minutes 'playing' sorted that. Overall we would definitely stay there again."

"I did a Expedia booking and payment at the same time as usually. Next morning the Hotel Staff or owner force me to pay another time explaining me they did only the deposit and start to show me different papers, I refuse to pay another time explaining him several times I already did the payment at that point he become very rude and kick me off the Hotel Hall. So be careful with this Hotel the manner are very rude and unprofessional if you listen to him you maybe charged twice as often Italian...

"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...

"A beautiful very old castle. Rooms a little tired and could do with a little bit of TLC. But would not put us off recommending this hotel. Dinner was very tasty (although not the cheapest). Hotel staff are helpful. The historical pictures around the hotel are so interesting. Definitely worth a visit. "

"Great stay. We would highly recommend. It is right in the middle of “Old Town”, but quiet at night. Great service and breakfast.The only problem was they advertised ‘free parking’. NOT TRUE. There is NO free parking. If you get there EARLY, you May get in one of the 2 parking lots. Otherwise you have to go back up and around to “New Town” to park. Then you have to hike back to hotel. "We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities. The morning breakfast was amazing! "
