The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee.

Welcoming check in. Friendly, helpful staff. Had quiet interior room. Disappointed in cleanliness of hotel-hallway & stair carpet stains/dirt, my room was dusty, chairs at breakfast stained & dirty. Hotel was convenient location-few min from train station & main street Garibaldi.

Nice hotel , very close to the station and all places of interest . I was checked in earlier - the room was ready. The staff tried to accommodate my requests-as a tea kettle in the room. My bed was comfortable, air conditioning was working well. Breakfast was modest but nice. My only negative thing- instead of a shower was a bath. I find it inconvenient climbing in.. But if in Parma, will consider to comeback.

A very pleasant option for Parma

A very pleasant hotel, conveniently located but quiet and calm. Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was continental but had a good variety. Minor annoyances were slamming doors in the morning and the overall temperature being quite hot, but these do not detract from a very comfortable stay overall.

Nice hotel

Jonna at reception was marvelous. She checked to see if my room would be ready early, just in from Transatlantic flight. Much appreciated. She also showed me on the mapwgere everything was. All in walking distance. The breakfast was not that great. Bacon and sausages not hot, sitting in grease. Room was very comfortable.
