"The hotel is located in a beautiful area and has a great potential. The room was nice, clean, with a huge terrace. Unfortunately, the water of the bathroom was cold or on the best days tepid, with nearly no pressure, which made showers unpleasant and challenging. The breakfast was particularly underwhelming, the personnel was not unpleasant but also not particularly welcoming. The WiFi, supposedly limited to public areas was in fact not working. "If you want a place near the ruins of Pompei, this is the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and visited both the ruins and Mt Vesuvius. The Pompei Scavi train station is also very close and can take you to Naples or Sorrento."
