We loved our stay. Roberto and Francesco were super welcoming and very hospitable! Our room was lovely. One thing to be aware of is that the property does require going up a significant hill with your luggage, as the taxis can’t get all the way up. That was not a problem for us, we loved our stay and highly recommend !!!!

Carmine was extremely friendly and helpful. We were in a pit of a tight spot because our flight from Catania to Rome was cancelled because of eruption of Mt Etna, so I had to make a quick reservation with Expedia and everything turned out great. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was my favorite on our last trip, unique and isolated but beautiful surroundings, excellent service and the personal couldn’t be nicer, kitchen was outstanding I give it 5 stars. Hope one day I can return.

This hotel is a little gem: clean, well maintained, and with good amenities overall. However, the breakfast arrangement needs urgent improvement. Breakfast is provided through vouchers at a nearby bakery, where I found the staff rude and unhelpful. On my only visit, I showed my voucher, was told to wait, and was then ignored for at least 20 minutes. Elana was a great host. She had breakfast ready for us each morning and was very accommodating. The property was very beautiful and overlooked the Mediterranean and many of the rooftops in Salerno. The train station is about a 20 minute walk. It is easy to get to, but the cobblestones can be a little bit bumpy. The rooms were very well-kept and clean and we’re nice. The other guests were very quiet and we’re also very nice when we met them on the veranda.

Our room was nice and clean and conveniently located for walking. There was also an onsite manager to greet us and was available as needed. A pastry and coffee was included at a nearby cafe which was nice. For a city stay this was a good place for us to stay.

The Family Comfort lodging was spacious, with a well-appointed kitchen that included an induction stove. A good supermarket is 5 minutes away. The location is ideal, halfway between the train station and the historic center on the pedestrian Corso. The port for ferries to the Amalfi coast is an 11 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. In all, an excellent choice at a reasonable price.

What else can I say here? EXCELLENCE!!! Our host Gigi was so helpful. We were made to feel at home. Gigi made us the most wonderful breakfast. Gigi is extremely knowledgeable about the area and it's history and speaks 5+ languages. The property has the most amazing view and proximity to Maiori, Amalfi, etc. For American tourists*** this is not like home. This is Italy and more specifically the Amalfi coast. The front desk staff are absolutely stellar. We felt incredibly welcomed and loved our stay. The view from our terrace was breathtaking and the breakfast options were plentiful. There are 4 parking stalls onsite, or an area for parking directly across the street, adjacent to the mountains. The parking is outlined in blue (paid) but the hotel can give a voucher so parking is not an extra charge. Our stay here was great! We loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast was delicious. We also ordered room service, which was great and very affordable. The decor throughout the resort was unique and beautiful. Highly recommended!
