"Almost everything was as promised. TV did not work. Drinks/snacks dispenser in breakfast room could be greatly improved. When checking in more information about it would have made things much easier.. The reasons for Good instead of Excellent. The staff were Excellent."

"Easy driving access from Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau. It is also in a complex with all sorts of restaurants and cafes. If you drive as I did, there is parking for a fee and several gas stations nearby. The room was nice but a bit small. The shower area is half open and no matter what you do you will splash out. That was annoying although the shower is eco friendly. The European breakfast was not included and costs around $15 per person but it is nice. "

"So the good- great location. Close to the main attractions. Air conditioner works. The bad - the beds were horrible. My fiancé & I both didn’t sleep well & very uncomfortable. My back & hips were hurting the next day. People smoke on the steps in front of the entrance and the smells goes into the lobby & first floor. Our room was on the first floor so we would instantly smell the cigarettes going or getting out of the room. The breakfast was ok. "

"The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. It seems to have a lack of maintenance in some areas. The bathroom was very nice, but the shower drain was partially blocked, so by the end of a shower, you would be standing in 3 inches of water. The elevator button to go up or down from the 6th floor wasn't functional, so we had to walk down. Not a big deal unless you have mobility issues. The air conditioning was virtually non-existent. We arrived on a hot day and the was barely a trickle of cool air from the vent. We opened the window, but the comings and goings of cars and motorcycles in the street and parking lot below made it difficult to sleep, not to mention the noise from the nightclub behind the hotel on Friday and Saturday. Our Monday and Tuesday nights were better, as it has cooled off and it was quieter. The bed looked old but was comfotable just the same."
