Wonderful place. Very beautiful and quiet location. The restaurant is great, and there is a beautiful pool and sauna. However, the Lift was not working to my section of the hotel, which was inconvenient.

Basen w tygodniu czynny z przerwami. Od 9 do 12 i następnie dopiero od 16. Więc jak ktoś jest na kilka dób i popołudniem chce popływać to takiej opcji nie będzie. W weekendy jest inaczej. Mimo serwowanych śniadań (czas pandemii), wybór ok, wystarczający. Niesamowita obsługa Pani Ilony na recepcji, podróżujemy bardzo dużo, ale tak szczegółówo o hotelu i atrakcjach w okolicy nikt nigdy nie opowiedzial nam!

Beautiful views, really nice hotel

Hotel was really nice. Even thought it was going through little restoration at the time we were there, everyone was really nice and helpful. Receptionist, I don't t remember the name, was extremely nice--blond lady with the plats. She was checking us in and out and was very precise with information given. Breakfast buffet was really decent: fresh rolls every day, something nice added to the menu daily as well. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi.. What else do you need. Decent outdoor are with playground, mini golf, mini climbing wall. I would definitely recommend!

Pobyt rodzinny w Diament Ustroń

Wyjazd jak najbardziej udany, mimo braku śniegu aby dzieci mogły skorzystać z sanek nie nudziliśmy się. Basen pokój zabaw dla dzieci jak najbardziej spełniły nasze oczekiwania. Jedyny mankament brak szlafroków na basen - co przy tego typu obiektach jest raczej standardem.

Hotel Doament - przerost formy nad treścią.

Hotel położony w fajnej okolicy, ale czystość słaba, posprzątane tylko, tak aby na pierwszy rzut oka było czysto. Po przyjżeniu się było widać pajęczyny, firany brudne. Jeśli chodzi o stan techniczny urządzeń i wyposażenia to, spłuczka ciągle przepuszczała wodę, ościeżnice od drzwi luźne, krzesło przy biurku całe się ruszało, aż strach było usiąść. Wykładzina dywanowa odklejała się od ściany, nad kabiną prysznicową brak oświetlenia. Brak małej lodówki w pokoju (standard w 3 gwiazdkach). 3 gwiazdki dla tego hotelu to zbyt wygórowana ocena, dla mnie to 1 max 2 gwiazdki. Mam nadzieję, że zniżki na pobyt w hotelach, nie polegają na tym, że dostaje się najgorszy pokój, którym dysponuje hotel ...???
