"We had a mix up at the beginning with our room, and had to change to a different room half way through our stay, which was annoying. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay at Santa Cruz Boutique Hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant, and the hotel is new and nicely decorated. Mindelo is a small city, and it's very easy to walk anywhere in the centre from the hotel."

Staying at this hotel made us feel like we had stepped back in time to Southern Europe in the early 1970s, maybe with the exception of the internet connection, which was quite good in our room. "Charmant hôtel, il s'agit d'une grande maison rénovée. L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique, on se sent comme chez soit. La chambre était jolie et bien décorée mais assez petite. "Hôtel simple mais agréable. Personnel acceuillant. Ils ne parlent pas français mais se débrouillent en Anglais. Ils nous ont laissé notre chambre jusqu'à 17h30 pour notre dernier jour contrairement à certains hôtels, ce qui est un vrai plus. Vue sur Praia de laginha, plage à 50m.
