"Night receptionist Maciej and day receptionist Maya both went beyond the call of duty when the airline lost my luggage and there was only a few hours to locate it before i had to leave Warsaw. All staff and particularly these two were very helpful. I don't think the bags would have appeared without their help with phoning (I don't speak Polish), and following up to make sure my bag was stored at the hotel while i was at a meeting. Gratitude, thank you!"

"We stayed at the O3 hotel in Warsaw this past weekend. We’d read reviews about it being a hostel and very noisy so we’re a bit wary. We need not have worried. The first 7 floors are hostel and the top 3 floors hotel. We were on the 10th floor and had no noise problems at all. The hotel is wonderfully clean and tidy. The rooms are your standard Premier Inn/Holiday Express type rooms. The shower/toilet was very tidy and clean and well appointed. Maid service was excellent. We ate breakfast there...

W części jadalnej za stołem odpadało gniazdko ze ściany (health and safety); Brakowało podstawowych rzeczy jak herbata lub kawa w małych opakowaniach; metalowa belkę przy prysznicu możnaby zastąpić czymś innym, jest dość ostra i latwo sie skaleczyc. Jeśli chodzi i czystość to na TV, na oknach i na lustrach były widocznie odciski palcow. W salonie była zwykła sofa a miała być sofa bed. Ogólnie apartament bardzo nowoczesny i...

"Great value for money for a brand new 1 bedroom apartment rental, however be prepared to travel across the city to pick up the keys. It's half an hour drive from the airport and from the apartment, so overall over an hour wasted on being stuck in traffic to pick up the keys and of course pricey taxi ride both ways. But the apartment is nice, cozy and modern and has good utilities. "

"Avoid this place at all cost. They advertise apartments in old town but only their office is located there and you must drive to their office first to check in and get your keys and then drive 20+ minutes across Warsaw to your apartment, which was in shambles, by the way. We had electrical sockets sticking out of the wall, broken lights and chips/cracks all over the walls. It's also in a very run-down neighborhood that made my family and I a bit uncomfortable."
