This hotel was a great choice for our last night in Warsaw before our flight home. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle and instant coffee and tea. The area is walkable and bus connections are close by. The only thing we didn't like was the carpet in the room- we prefer laminate flooring.

The hotel and room were very clean and well-renovated. The staff was polite and helpful--thank you for all of your help. We loved the area surrounding the hotel-- a lot of dinnig and shopping options. People we've met were amazing-very friendly. Good hotel. The customer service was good, although a bit more smiles and friendliness could be added. The rooms looked tidy, but there was visible dust in the corners. All in all, a nice basic hotel. The breakfast was delicious.
