They gave me an early check in, helped me get transportation, and let me leave me bag after checkout so that I could go hiking. The food was also excellent. "The location is good. The receptionist was also very kind. We had to pay for the additional guest around 18 dollars. (I had booked one double room but for 1 person). The room offers plates and cups but they were dirty. In addition, the shower did not work correctly (it changed from cold to warm every 2 minutes). For the price we ended up paying for this hotel (almost 50 dollars), I am sure we could' ve found a better hotel in Cuenca. "
