"I read the hotel per the instructions for the hotel to let them know my arrival date upon my checkout I was asked to pay when I had already prepaid and I was asked for my documents that I had printed from the site and was asked if they could keep them because they didn't have anything saying that I had paid. That wasn't okay."

Asked our safari driver several times about payment from us when I could prove I had prepaid for everything dinner too. Beautiful place."

"Very nice. Had basic room first night and it was wonderful. They upgraded us for free the second night as they had a room available and it was way beyond any expectations we could have had.
