"Cannot fault the service ... receptionist was friendly & polite ... the venue is situated very central to airport & motorway & shops ... for what the rooms lacked, they were clean & tidy, had comfortable beds & great shower pressure which made it easy to overlook the need for an upgrade in decor & paint. There is obviously WIP (work in progress) in doing up the inside & outside of venue ... well done ... I'd stay again "

"Kiwi hotel Auckland Airport is no thrills, but functional for the needs of the traveller. The yellow bus is really convenient from the airport. Restaurant was reasonable. No lift to the second floor, so go easy with those bags after a long flight."

"I really liked it. Bus stop right across road so easy to use bus. Only downside is far away from the main bus hub and train station. Staff were great and nice. Room was very tidy and clean."
