Great value for money. The property is dated but still good and offers great location and value. The office was not attended on the 3 occasions I tried to get the wifi password.

Property is run down and in poor condition. Zero in person contact at reception, only telephone calls. You need to phone on arrival to get key from lockbox. Room was old, door had been forced open at some point with crowbar, TV would not work, heater did not function, showerhead broken, security chain broken, deadlock bolts on both doors loose. Bed was comfortable however and parking available but that was only plus. Do not stay here.

I booked here by mistake, intending to book at the Takapuna International Motor Lodge which has a rating over 8. Instead I booked this much lower rated accommodation and, well, you get what you pay for. Staff did their best. Very nice staff. But the accommodation was underwhelming.

We stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival I had to ring the number on the door as I never got check in details. Then the tv didn't work & when the man there tried to see what was going on, he bought another remote - not compatible. 2nd day we asked again & he said he would get the sky man to come in. We left seeing no sky guy & no tv. The spa was green. Pool was ok - son got in a few times. No information guide in the room to see where to go & things to do in the area. Bed was clean & warm. Heater was loud as the fan rattled. Towels changed daily & rubbish emptied.
