"Well run hotel, enthusiastic and helpful staff and the food was good quality for all inclusive buffet format. It would be nice if they played music longer in the evening for entertainment while guests are still milling around the pool or indoor bar area after eating as it gets too quiet after 10pm. Some background music would be nice."

"After staying here a few years ago, i got a good deal for a week self catering for 2 rooms and this was perfect. Rooms were big and slightly modernised, in the peak summer you would prob struggle with only the ceiling fan, but it was fine in April. Only slight disappointment was no late check out despite checking numerous times."

I arrived three hours before the scheduled time, but they still gave me the place and helped me. The price is reasonable and acceptable. When I come back again, it will be my first choice. "

"The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but this is no reflection on the property. My only little negative is the shower soaked the bathroom floor and limited amount of hot water for 2 guests."

"Hotel is excellent value for money. Breakfast had plenty of choice. A small issue with pulling the kettle socket out of wall as kettle would not switch off. Staff are efficient as well as being helpful and friendly. "

"I don’t want to complain to much as I paid next to nothing for 4 days but it looks as though the owners of the hotel have given up or run out of money. Loads of general maintenance needed & smell of drains in the bathroom. Balcony also needs loads of attention as the decking is falling apart. Hardly seen any staff but those I did see were polite. Pool is tiny in comparison with photos. "

"Have been to Playa Del Ingles a number of times and this is definitely the best hotel for the price. Excellent location, supermarket over the road, 10 mins from Yumbo centre, 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of food and drink options next to Playa Del Ingles. Hotel itself is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, internet is included (up to 3 devices simultaneously) and accessible from the room with good speeds, hotel pool is nice and has space for 10-15 people to sunbathe. "Just spent a fabulous week in the Corallium beach hotel…..it ticked all the boxes…. Location,comfort, cleanliness, staff breakfast…. all top marks! It’s a little out of the way but that can be an advantage depending on what you want. Bus stops very close to hotel.All in all a very positive experience."

"Great location , no reception staff two days a week and none after 6pm . You’re given a key for the main gate ( which is kept locked after 10pm ) unfortunately it’s a faulty lock and took ages to try and get in at times , noticed staff and they already knew about it , said nothing could be done . "
