"Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated."

Staff where either playing on phone or outside socializing with other staff ,many quests waited long periods to be served or left,nibbles available at bar where not stocked as run out same as soda water ...carpet in breakfast area is so dirty and gaps between carpet "
