The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. Warm, helpful and friendly. The parking is conveniently at the back of the hotel. Very easy then to walk everywhere in Kilkenny. This hotel stood out due to the exceptional helpfulness of staff.

Cosy hotel, great location, and TWO pubs at the hotel. We had a very quiet room. The hotel is close to the old town and the castle, and just a few minutes ealk from the trsin station.

Room were older but clean. Loved that there was parking in the back. Had a great Roasr dinner at the restaurant. Loved that we could walk to the castle and around the town. Wish we were able to stay longer in Kilkenny.

The building is a little old and hard to navigate to your room, unless you are close to the elevator. With any booking you you make in the UK, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it. Staff were nice and parking onsite made it very easy to park and enjoy the town.
