"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "Not being able to easily leave suitcases at reception , because it’s more like serviced rooms than a hotel was difficult but being able to check in at 12 and access our room straight away was really good . "
