"Everything was very clean, the staff were all so kind and were always present and so helpful. The ocean view is absolutely killer, nothing better than spending the whole trip listening to the sound of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, also the best cup of coffee I’ve had the whole trip. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. "

One of the highlights is the peaceful waterfall, which adds a calming atmosphere and makes it easy to relax and recharge. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable, and parking is easy and convenient. As for dining, the menu offers a decent variety of options. While dinner didn’t quite meet expectations, breakfast was absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. "This place is so beautiful and peaceful! The view of the volcano is amazing! You can sit under the stars at night in a comfortable hammock and feel the breeze come from the volcano! Highly recommended place to stay the bed is really comfortable as well! "

"Our room (Room 1) was clean and generously spacious with a private outside seating area. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The communal areas of the property are very lovely and well-kept. The lady who cooked breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend. However, a couple of things to note - only by chance did we ask if it was ok to leave the car on the street overnight and we were strongly advised not to. It would have been far more helpful to have been given that advice at check-in with instructions where to park. The other point - well in advance of our stay I had booked a tour through the hotel for 4.10 on our date of arrival and the tour had been confirmed by the hotel. However, our guide did not show and we were told he was coming - in 5 to 10 mins, maybe 15 and we lost faith anyone would come so we then had to make other arrangements but no apology was offered."

"The Breakfast was good they only have two types of breakfast when is included in the room it was good. The air conditioning was perfect specially with the heat it cool the room fast. The only thing there was no hot water and they should change the shower head not much water comes out."

"This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can ro make tour stay pleasant, when it comes to coping with the 90+ deg heat and high humidity (this was inay) you are on your own!"
