"Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights (2 rooms) in July. Pro: beautiful hotel, great views, good breakfast (didn’t eat dinner there as the menu is not to our liking) Con: as mentioned by other guests, the room is only suitable for couples. There is no hanging rack in the shower room so there is no way to dry and dress yourself without ‘exposing’ yourself. Fortunately we read the reviews and brought our own hooks to stick to the shower room wall. A simple permanent fix and i don’t understand why can’t...

"Little but expensive compare with what they have served. Long queue for self check in, early arrive if you want to join the activities afterwards. Room is big but dust is easy found, air conditioning not quite function. Great for kids, but most of the activities need to register & pay extra. Good place for dining with free playground, the outdoor onsen beach is nice but better to bring a footwear to protect your feet especially for children, the ground in the beach area is easy to hurt...

"Pretty standard hotel with a small onsen and sauna. Room was cozy and equipped with everything needed for one night stay.l (we did two twins) They even provided an extra pillow when we asked for one. Breakfast was solid with enough options for both of us. It does end by 9 am which felt a little early but it seems most people had left by then. "

"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."
