"2 star resort with 4 star price, view from balcony was lovely but couldn't use because of the mosquitoes. Linen stained and smelt of previous occupants. Breakfast was poor, no fresh coffee. "

The morning we checked out the water heater was not working again and so we waited a long time for them to come fix it again, which delayed our departure. Finally we left without taking showers because this was during the cold season."
