"Upon entering our room, we were welcomed by a cloud of old cigarette smell I requested a NS room. Someone before us dod not bother to go by the rools I went to the receptionist who was very apologetic and gave us a different room. I am very grateful for her help to change the room for us. "

"The rooms we got were very small but they made the space work. Also, one of the few hotels in the area with connecting rooms so that is what we did. We booked two rooms and requested connecting rooms because we had small children. They accommodated our request and the connecting rooms gave us a larger space to work with. The breakfast spread was great. The hotel parking was limited but there was plenty of street parking in the vicinity. There was also a Kaufland supermarket and restaurants...

"Great hotel in the centre of Karlsruhe. Very quiet area and in walking distance to shops, restaurants, trams and city centre sights/attractions. The room was spacious. The bedroom, bathroom and entire hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is nice and comfortable. There is a nice lounge with a terrace on the fourth floor. The room is simple. Would be nice to have a mini fridge and maybe a better desk and chair."

"Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests. To be fair, there was always some wellness program which I did not participate as well as special evening dinner events."

"A very nice, clean and quiet facility. It is a walking distance to the train station that connects you to other German towns and only a 25 mins train ride to Strasbourg in France. "
