"It was a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion as someone who has stayed in many hotels.
The amenities were nice to have. Restaurants, pool, hot tub. Spa services are outrageously priced need to be booked well in advance.
I will say it feels a bit out-dated. The rooms were very basic with tiny bathrooms.
My husband broke up a bar fight one night on the resort as the manager and bartenders were standing by doing nothing. It would have been nice to have our bill comped or at least a...
"My room had finger print and black on white doors. The shower had stains in the corner - possible mold?
The staff was nice and the towels in the room were plush. The dirty room overshadowed the warmth of the staff.
For the price of this room, you could have gone to a much nicer Inn and had change left over."
"Great place. Easy access to northern Michigan Sights. Decorated very nicely and everything was set up in order to enjoy our Girls weekend! Everyone loved it. Thank you for sharing your space with us."
"Had a great weekend! Nice quiet and well located condo. Plenty of room and privacy. The only thing that we would have liked better would have been warmer water. The shower temperature never raised above luke warm and on a cold weekend a hotter shower would have been nice."
"Very clean and well-supplied for our group of 10. Location was perfect; a short walk to town and the water and a great launching point for touring the Leelanau peninsula. Know that the house is on 4 levels so there are a lot of stairs. And the one room with the full-sized bed does not have its own door for privacy (but there is a screen that helps a bit). Overall was a great place and we’d definitely stay there again."
"The property was cute and fun. We had some difficulty getting inside with the directions and the way they were written. Also, the drains smelled when water was ran through the sinks or shower. Other than that it was a great place and a great location."
"So, this is tough because, overall, it met the needs of our family, especially booking on short notice. Property was as described and easy communication. However, one big downside, there is a taproom next door with outdoor music. The music wasn't so loud necessarily but was hard to escape the bass beat thrumming through the afternoon into the nighttime hours. If you like live music and can stay up late, this is a great place. However, if you plan in sleeping earlier than 11pm, you need to be...
