"Do not arrive before 2pm. We arrived at 1:40 and needed to wait until the door was unlocked. The room was clean and the 2 staff members were pleasant. The elevator does not work and we needed to walk up 3 flights. I would not recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues. The airport shuttle was a taxi that cost 30 euros. "Close to the train station. Excellent restaurants within a short walk Safe and secure. Great for short stays"

"This hotel is a huge disappointment. It is located in a part of Catania that I would not feel safe walking in. The hotel itself is run down with very old bedding and furnishings. It is in need of major upgrades inside and out. The photo shared online misrepresents this property. It is nowhere what it shows in the photos. I checked in and checked out 19 minutes later upon seeing the hotel and my room. I was not given any refund and lost money on this rundown, unfair hotel."

"The hostess was very nice and helpful."

"Super friendly staff! The location is great - just 3 min walk to the nearest beach."
