"The hotel is in a great and very convenient location. We used the CityCat to explore and this was located very close nearby. The hotel is undergoing renovations and this did not impact our stay. The breakfast (extra) was very good and suited our needs perfectly. The room was big, well maintained, good amenities and looked like it had just been renovated. The tiles in the bathroom and shower were slightly slippery but on the whole we would definitely recommend this hotel and would not...

"Quick and friendly check in. Very helpful overall during our stay"

"Very good staff an clean room"

"Hotel needs a bit of TLC, bathroom wasn’t the nicest and needs some paint refreshment. Was made aware when checking in that there was construction across the main road which happened from 5pm when we checked in to 8am when we checked out- yes this means loud noise all night! Should be aware before hand so we could make alternative arrangements. Lift was not available from 8pm on the ground floor which was inconvenient. Only positive was free parking and staff were friendly."

"Great place to stay while attending a conference. Lovely room, and the restaurant was really well priced for guests."

"We could smell funny in the room. There were hairs in the bathroom. Used dish washing clothe was in the drawer. It's not clean enough...not comfortable to stay."

"Very friendly bar and restaurant staff, they were probably the only best thing about this accommodation,Food was excellent and well worth it, compliments to the chef. This hotel/motel lacked a lot, we had no hand soap for the basin, no shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was a HAND soap dispenser in the shower, that shouldn’t be there, it should be at the sink, and was empty, wifi wouldn’t connect. Shouldn’t be the price we paid, so wrong,?there was tape on the windows for who knows what, the...

"Pool maintenance is bad, room is not clean."

"As Clean as the room was, one of the lights didn’t work in the apartment, there was an off stench, but overall there was everything needed I. The apartment as a whole."

"The staff were helpful and very accommodating. The room and facilities were clean although a little tired."

"Clean modern room, friendly staff, excellent well signed parking, 38degree day when i checked in, aircon had been turned on and room was chilled to perfection 👌🏻 Go to the Taigum tavern for awesome pub meal, huge servings, good taste prices look a bit high but worth it. Book early cos it's close to the entertainment centre and gets booked out for concerts all the time."

"Secure property - reception isn't always manned. It's a 3* hotel so you get what you pay for - however was not expecting stained sheets & no toilet roll holder. Other than that, no major issues with the place."

"I would rate The Ridge as ordinary. The room we had was tired and in need of a bit of care and attention. The towel rack on the back of the bathroom door was just about detached from the door. The front panel of a drawer in a cabinet in the main room looked as if it had been pulled off and not properly replaced. The building is also very noisy with loud traffic all night and (rubbish) trucks early in the morning. All in all nothing to be we could have done better."

"Easy location and convenient parking for the room. Comfy beds"

"Really good location directly opposite Roma Station and a short walk to the City Centre or river. Friendly staff and modern appartments, with modern facilities. I liked it."

"Great stay."
