"When we first arrived, I was surprised the hotel had such a high rating. The remote for the TV didn’t have batteries. The phone for the room didn’t have a phone cord so you could actually use it the first night day was absolutely awful. There was a women’s hockey league team staying at the hotel kids mind you with adults supposed to be guardians but did nothing as they were running around screaming singing happy birthday at 11:30 PM on the second day we left and came back in the whole hotel...

"Bedroom floor could be better cleaned, and the Air Conditioner was very noisy. Otherwise was a very enjoyable stay."

"The managers reception snacks are very poor. Good breakfast."

"I haven't been there in a while and for the prices the hotel needs a lot of updates,"

"Staff at check in was nice. I asked for clean sheets as our bedding had stains and food. The staff gave me clean bedding. The pool was disgusting, as well as hot tub. Our kids were very upset as we booked a hotel for a pool after a long travel trip. Breakfast was decent, although staff could practice cleanliness, such as wearing gloves. The room was smelly, the tub had hair in it. The chair and any other upholstery was dirty. I would not recommend this stay, especially for the price."

"Great hotel"
