"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. "This stay was part of a 2 week long road trip through Europe. We chose this hotel as it was/is a Best Western Hotel, a hotel chain we have good familarity with through traveling in the States. Our first night was not the best, due to a broken down AC. The following night we got a new room with a working AC and that was much better. The night guy at the Front Desk was very helpfull and service minded. But the best part of the hotel and the hotel experience was in the breakfast wing/restaurant....
