"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness.
