The staff was exceptionally helpful: booked a COVID test for us, set up a van ride to the port, and even packed us a breakfast when we planned to check-out prior to breakfast. "The location is excellent for a short drive to the popular Balos and falasarna beaches. We choose the room with a seaview which was worth it. What make our stay exceptional was definitely due to the the staff. They were all super helpful, always courteous and with a smile, knowledgeable about the local town ready with suggestions when asked. The beach downstairs is fine especially if you have small children or do not wish to travel too far for a beach. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"It's a stylish apartment with excellent service, daily cleaning and good vibes. It included everything we needed, and it is all brand new. Better than any "typical" hotel we've been in in a long while. Beautifull location up in the village 2 min walk from the center with plenty of figs trees, vines and flowers. We fell in love and will surely come back to Kissamos and only to Kallimento. "
