"Accepted clean hotel. Very bad breakfast with no food &very poor quality.the elevator is not working & no pellman after 8 oclock which so annoying with no elevator the hotel is near to metro &train station about 10 ms walk & near to commercials & fatican"

"El hotel está súper bien, en una zona céntrica con estaciones, camiones y restaurantes al rededor. El servicio del área de servicio, limpieza y recepción fue excelente. Muy flexibles y amables. El único inconveniente de servicio que tuve fue por parte del bar, ya que llegamos un día muy acalorados y cansados y no me dejaron sentarme en un área con aire acondicionado, ni en sombra en su terraza (lo que menos quería era más solo) y forzosamente me querían sentar en una mesa donde daba el sol....

"A very good location, the area is full with life and tourists, just few steps from the Vatican Museum and very nice restaurants on its door step, literally. Ottaviano metro station is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed there while Rome was hit by a heat wave, the AC of the room was on 24/7, the room is very clean and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend it. "
