Very convenient to eating and shopping

In a few words I just wish to thank both the staff and ownership of Aerostop Hotel for making my 2nd visit to their facility a FANTASTIC VISIT!!! In my previous review of this hotel I had expressed a couple concerns and suggestions. I was so happy that all my suggestions and concerns were addressed. Fresh towels were provided each time the room was cleaned and the restaurant had all menu items available when ordered. Thank you so much for listening and taking action from my 1st review of my...

Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!

Very accommodating staff. Needed a late check out.

Great hotel.

Since arriving, was treated with prompt, friendly and super courteous service by all staff members from the bellhop to manager! Clean rooms, fast internet, nice swimming pool made for a very satisfying business stay of 10 days

As I have now spent almost 5 weeks in various hotels in the Philippines, the Brentwood was a bright spot for my time in the Manila area. One of the few hotels that seems to have been built with sound deadening. Even though in a busy area, the room was quiet and provided a good nights rest. The staff was helpful, and kind. Everything in the room worked....which has been a rarity in even upscale Philippine hotels. All though the breakfast buffet was not overwhelming in size, it had a good...

My family had an amazing stay for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well organized. The staff are very accommodating and approachable during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel (City Gardens Suite Hotel Manila). We'll surely come back in here. Keep it up!

Absolutely beautiful stunning views and amazing staff

Close to restaurants, safe location, clean hotel, clean room, friendliest and accommodating staff, strong water pressure, clean sheets, towels and bottled water daily. Such a pleasant hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget but with expectation of a decent stay.

Every one was helpful and patient, the hotel is new hoping to keep the cleanliness and quality of this place my new hangout every time in the Philippines! Ariel from the diner is nice!

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The location is ideal, close to NKTI! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I picked this hotel because of its location being inside Intramuros and within walking distance to historical places. My husband and I, my sister and brother-in-law were all pleasantly surprised and so impressed about everything at Bayleaf. All the staff including the students were professional, friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. There was a good variety of food at every meal and they were delicious! I definitely would come back.
