"Really love this hotel, location, the staff, the room’s great too especially coz we got an upgrade. One of the 3 elevators was out of service so a little bit of a wait to get on one."

"been here a few times overall i like it, did have reno noise,, even past 1900 while dining at the chinese resto but staffers took care of it.. my gripes 1. towel hangers too small 2. no luggage rack 3 magnify mirror not well seated in wall, falling out i would come back if hopefully these issues are address, need attention to details.. staffs however were amazing . "

"That was the 5th time my wife stayed there and it was always a pleasure for her. It's one of her favorite hotel to stay at. Room is always clean and perfect size, customer service was fantastic, staff were accommodating from the guards to the hotel staffs, breakfast were delicious and always fresh, fast internet too. Will always come back here whenever my wife needs to be around that area."

"In the heart of the city at Ayala and Amorsolo, Seda Residences Makati provides a workable base for any business traveler. Our one-bedroom suite had all the amenities for couples traveling together: separate desk nook with a view and plenty of light, full kitchen facilities, dining area, comfortable sitting area. I could shut the bedroom door if my husband had overseas calls at night and get some sleep. Very clean, Roselle the housekeeper should be commended. Great pool, and Misto rooftop restaurant on the 35th floor provides sunset views over drinks and ample hospitality at breakfast including Western and Southeast Asian selections. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg at the salad bar. Angelika, Jasmin and Danica greeted us by name each morning and found us an outside table with harbor view to enjoy over coffee. The staff were sensitive to my food allergies. Nearby SM grocery store, and there's an accessible pharmacy. Plenty of shopping/restaurant choices in the Ayala North Exchange building and surrounding area, plus we took advantage of the covered, elevated walkways to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls to avoid street traffic. Easy walk to Ayala Triangle. No worries finding a Grab taxi downstairs or booking hotel transportation to the airport, about a 15 minute drive. Happy to stay again. We'll be back!"
