"Our overall impression once we went inside was good. The property was clean and had all the amenities including a washing machine and tumble dryer. It had obviously been updated but on a budget. The property was on the edge of an industrial estate and our first impression of the outside was daunting to say the least. Albeit it served a purpose. What made it was a nice pub called The Wade in walking distance which served very good food,"

"This basic property is a sectioned off area under a larger house and accessible only by stairs. Any movement in this house could be heard day and night. It could be improved if there were was a toilet paper holder and places to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. The bathroom door is an opaque shower door with no latch and does not offer enough privacy.
