"Our family of four stayed in two rooms at Radisson RED Auckland for our first night in New Zealand, and we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern, stylish and comfortable, with a very convenient location. We were able to walk around the city and down to Viaduct Harbour, which was a lovely way to spend our first evening in Auckland. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. What really stood out to us, however, was the wonderful hospitality from the restaurant team. Because of jet lag, our family woke up much later than planned and unfortunately missed the regular breakfast hours. Even though breakfast service had already finished, the restaurant staff — from the wait staff to the kitchen team — kindly went out of their way to prepare breakfast for all four of us. We really appreciated their flexibility and genuine kindness. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel very welcome at the very beginning of our very first New Zealand trip. Overall, Radisson RED Auckland was a great choice for us — modern, comfortable, conveniently located, and most importantly, with genuinely warm and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it."

"Gorgeous place to stay with our Skytower loving kid. Impeccably presented and comfortable, in a super handy location. Delicious breakfast buffet and wish we had time to go to Metita, next time. Staff were super welcoming, kind and helpful."

"Tthe room was excellent .....Cleanliness ... Bed was great but needed a softer pillow. we did have a problem operating the Air con .So called reception and the young lady I spoke to was very helpful and sent a concierge to help us. He was very polite and explained how to use it very well. So overall was great and staff were very helpful.We had a very enjoyable night there."

"Check-in was superb and service extraordinary with Parisda (not certain of the spelling) escorted us to our room on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Enjoying a massage at Chuan Spa is a must and being centrally located to everything helped to make our stay easy. The bed is bliss too!"

"We spent two incredible days at this hotel! Everything about the place was impeccable - especially the we generous upgrade to a harbor facing and spacious room, with smart features throughout, and a breakfast that is worth every bit of its reasonable price. But most importantly, the service was truly five star and that is what made our stay most meaningful. Ryan and the concierge team that he lead, helped orchestrate our experience so that in two short days, we could feel that we had really gotten a taste of this wonderful city. Congratulations to this hotel for offering a truly personal and meaningful place for our stay."
