"An outstanding five-star experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptional, with impressive facilities, a welcoming atmosphere and excellent attention to detail. The staff were professional, attentive and friendly, and consistently went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room service meals were outstanding and added another special touch to an already memorable experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much, easy location straight on and off the motorway. Parking was convenient, being located right outside the hotel. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. Shower was lovely. Loved the newness of the hotel, superb overall 👌 Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll make this our new favourite place to stay in Auckland. 10 out of 10."

"Unique architecture. Harbor view room was awesome. Mini bar included an adapter for US charging devices (very helpful). Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was that the hotel bar was closed on a Sunday night. Don’t know if it’s closed every Sunday night or not (no reason given for why it was closed) but hard to believe a five star hotel would not have its bar open seven days a week. (Not saying it needs to be 24/7. It just would have been nice to have gotten a nightcap after returning from dinner.) Having said that, I would stay there again."
