This was a great hotel to stay at as it was very centrally located. The parking situation was a little confusing at first but the staff was extremely helpful and sweet about explaining everything to us foreign travelers ☺️

We had an excellent stay at The Grand. The team at the Grand made our stay special with a birthday card and chocolates when we arrived in our room. The room was spacious, the harbour view spectacular, and the pool was well enjoyed by our toddler. The locatiom was in the heart of CBD with plenty of shops, restaurants and spots to explore. We would definitely be back for a staycation in the future!

The Grand was excellent. Location easy to get to train. Cafes just outside hotel we're great. The rooms are beautiful , clean and have everything you need. Very quiet hotel in middle of city. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna and gym are great , well maintained . Breakfast was lovely, with good variety and quality. Will definitely visit again .

Really great stay, as usual. We were upgraded for free to a lovely harbour facing view. If you have a car and you're planning on being out and about then we definitely recommend the valet parking service; it works out cheaper and you get to interact with the awesome valet staff.

Great experience with Skycity Grand. We had a relaxing weekend. Pool was great for the kids, staff were friendly, room was excellent. Very close to lots of eateries in CBD, plus train station was very close for some more exploring. We will definitely be coming back.

Very well kept and convenient to many walkable restaurants. Staff was helpful and nice. The walk bridge to the casino was nice too. The only problem was an expresso machine that had no pods. Had to ask for them.

Upgraded to harbor view, 17th floor. Stunning. Elegant, open reception area with attentive, cordial and accomodating staff. Extra blankets, towels, coffee cups? 'Of course, we'll get those right up' and they did.
