This hotel is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Takapuna and Hauraki Corner. It’s also a short walk to the beach, and has nearby bus stops. The rooms were clean and a good size, and the staff were friendly. I would happily stay here again.

Positives: - Rooms very clean - updated bathroom, great size ! - comfy beds. Negatives - noisy outside location, off main road. - thin walls so can hear your neighbours. - damp, mouldy room. - poor ventilation leaving a damp room. Even the sheets on the bed felt damp. Otherwise, value for money. Friendly staff.

Ideally situated for the beach and within a short walk to all amenities. The room was very clean, excellent bathroom facilities and a good little kitchen. All Staff we met were very helpful and polite. Had a great few days, Would fully recommend.
