Lovely stay; room had everything I needed, was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent & bodywash, shampoo & conditioner were provided. Bathroom had several shelves to put personal items on. Had windows that opened to let some air in, but also has an air conditioner. 500m walk from The Trusts Arena, & heaps of food places & supermarkets very close by. Will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was very helpful, kind, approachable, and polite. I had booked two rooms but unfortunately had to cancel one less than 16 hours before check-in. The staff kindly discussed the situation with the manager and were able to accommodate the cancellation. I really appreciated their understanding and flexibility regarding the unforeseen circumstances. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming team. Thank you for your kindness and understanding!

The staff at reception are excellent - very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I witnessed one of the receptionists having to deal with a rude customer, the receptionist was very calm and fair with her. The room itself provided everything we needed for a one night stay.

I’m asking whether Expedia can include this $100 bond in the total cost breakdown, as I overlooked it. Having it shown in the full total would help remind future customers to read the details carefully. Overall, the stay was comfortable, with easy access to everything we needed. The amenities were convenient, and it made for a great overnight stay.
