What I found most annoying was that the parking gate is locked at 10:00 pm and there is no staff on duty until 7:00 am. We parked in the street and used a pin # to get into the hotel. We hadn't planned to return late, but apparently we wasted too much time enjoying our after dinner cafe and underestimated the 1 1/2 hour drive from the Pyrenee's. We arrived at 10:07 pm. Had I known all this, I wouldn't have chosen the Bristol. "

"We had the reduced mobility room, which was excellent for the price. The location is perfect for the Rugby ground but also for various shops and restaurants nearby...our favourites are Léon and Noz for lots of bargains. The bus stop into the town centre is just outside the gates of the hotel. Plentiful parking and excellent staff. "
