"The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. We booked for 2 nights, but even before we checked in we said we would only stay one night, and not two as booked. Upon our check out we received the billing statement from the hotel with the...

"A pousada é muito agradável e o staff é muito educado. Porém, 2 coisas podem ser melhoradas.
1) ligar a banheira de hidromassagem antes da chegada do cliente para que a sujeira que fica nos canos saia. Digo isso, pois ao ligar a banheira para relaxar um pouco, saiu muita sujeira dos canos, o que é até normal. Eu tive que esvaziar a banheira e enchê-la de novo para poder usá-la.
2) Fiquei na ''suíte presidencial'' e, muito embora existisse reservatório para xampu e sabonete no box, eles...
