Bastante satisfatório para quem gosta do simples.

Localização muito boa apesar do barulho do transito nas proximidades. Equipe de atendimento bastante educada e simpática. Café da manhã bastante com fartura e variedade.

Não estava esperando nada espetacular. Me atendeu. No café da manhã não tinha variedades e faltou pão e café... demora para reposição dos alimentos, não gostei não. A recepção foi ótima, inclusive deixaram a gente sair às 15h o que foi excelente.

Boa estadia em Resende

E um flat em Resende . Tem cozinha e algumas unidades varanda (ou sacada ) , e algumas frigobar ( não todas ) que são mais caras . Bom conforto , café razoável e tem uma pequena academia com poucos aparelhos

Boa estadia em Resende . No geral os quartos são bons , um flat , com cozinha , sala e varanda , porém estão meio antigos , precisam de uma reforma . Algumas unidades não tem frigobar e o hotel não oferece fogão . Perto do shopping.

Falta de organização na hora do check-in. Chegamos as 15:20 e o quarto ainda estava sendo feita a limpeza. Tivemos que esperar terminar. Mesmo assim o quarto tem cheiro de mofo e a limpeza deixou a desejar.

Sempre que vou ao Rio, vindo de São Paulo, dependendo do horário, faço uma parada em Resende para descansar e seguir viagem no dia seguinte. É a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel. Cheguei por volta das 22:30 e , claro, por questão de segurança, a porta estava fechada. O recepcionista acionou o botão e adentramos no recinto. Na recepção ficamos olhando e aguardando esse mesmo recepcionista mexer e terminar de mexer o seu cafezinho prata , só então, nos dar atenção. As instalações do hotel estão cada vez piores, o café da manhã também piorou bastante.

Achei o quarto espaçoso, porém sujo… Um tanto empoeirado, cabelos em algumas partes do apartamento. O chuveiro não esquentava, fiz o contato na recepção e só depois fui entender que para esquentar não poderia abrir tanto a torneira.

Nao vale o custo benefício

Logo que eu cheguei no quarto havia uma pequena aranha andando pela mesa na sala. Achei ter sido algo pontual, mas havia uma dentro do frigobar tbm. Alem disso, muitas formigas. O armario tinha um cheiro de mofo mto intenso, ao ponto de eu não tirar as roupas da mala. Um ponto muito ruim em relação à infraestrutura é que o ar condicionado fica apenas no quarto, e ele nao é mto forte. Trabalhar na sala, no calor, foi como estar numa sauna. Nao tinha nem um ventilador na sala pra ajudar, e o ar frio do quarto nao chegava nem perto. O atendimento foi educado, mas nao adianta gentileza com uma infraestrutura ruim.

Péssima experiência, meu quarto ficou sem luz e os funcionários sem educação alguma. Ninguém ajudou pra encontrar um quarto com luz. Nos atenderam como se tivessem fazendo um favor. Funcionário ficou no sofá sentado no celular sem ajudar! Lugar horrível !

O hotel é simples, mas o atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, sendo o Sr. Junior muito educado e prestativo. Café da manhã bom. O box estava com pequeno vazamento, o que deixava o tapete molhado, embora tenha percebido sinais de tentativa de reparo anterior.
